It seems to me that the regularly occurring happy hour needs to take some time off. Interest and attendance have dwindled with the onset of hot weather and summer activities. Therefore, unless there is a strong groundswell in opposition, this blog will discontinue hawking happy hours. However, on a fairly regular basis, I will frequent The Belmont on Thursday afternoons. If any one would like to share some time and an adult beverage, you will probably find me there.
I will continue posting to this blog on a semi-regular basis because Lone Star wants to see more freaks and skin. So, snappy social commentary, strange pictures of anomalies and body parts (or anomalous body parts) and excessive narcissism will form the nucleus of this blog for the near future.
