Sign Has Amazing Ability To Display IQ Of People Making Contact With Sign.
This is an amazing invention. All you have to do is touch the sign and it displays the toucher's IQ. Sometimes how you touch it gives the sign a clue as to the IQ. This dude may have been ranked a bit high. Or, he may have been just a bit high. You judge.
